The first seminar (Documentation of human rights violations and its importance in securing the rights A legal awareness) held by H.N.R.O’s Legal Clinic Project

HNRO’s Legal Clinic Project launched its legal awareness program through holding the first seminar on Friday, Jan. 11, 2019. The seminar, entitled “Documenting violations and its importance in ensuring rights”, was held in St. Paul’s Center for Church services in Qaraqosh (Baghdeda). The seminar was presented by the rights activist, Mr. Youhanna Yousef Toma, and addressed several topics such as: (Documentation, monitoring, fact-finding, documentation objectives, credibility and accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, international human rights law, genocide, and other.) The lecture was attended by several public figures, officials, members of civil society organizations, activists, and clergymen.
